Mark Andruss routinely posted advertisements offering Handyman services on Craigslist. According to victims and witnesses, which include me, Mark Andruss has represented himself as a licensed contractor, business owner, and an overall handyman.

Mark Anthony Andrussd will take a down payment which exceed $1000.00 or 10% of the contract amount, provide you with a ficticious LLC name of his company, and will provide a fake CA State Contractor License number.

Mark Andruss requested excessive down payments up front for materials and did not show up at all. A websie has been created by Mark's victims in an attempt to stop him.

Anyone who believes they were defrauded by Mark Andruss should call the Contractors State License Board, Enforcement Division, Hugh Henderson at 916-255-4403.

Mark Andruss has continued to commit crimes while out on bail for terroristic threats and violent behavior in Stanislaus County. He is also a fugitive, he has a warrant for his arrest out of Texas. Also on October 26, 1999, Mark Andruss was sentenced for child abuse and child abuse with substantial bodily harm. The court documents state that Mark Andruss beat his then wife's 3 year old daughter blind while she was at work. The crime code 153 occurred in Washoe, NV. He was released on July 6, 2010 after only serving 11 out of the 20 year sentence.
