Mark Johnson, Freedom Financial, Financial Advisors And Associates Lied, gave false information Pinellas Park Florida

In June 2006 I was contaced @ work on my cell phone from Freedom Financial a servce rep telling me was approved for a Credit Card because I have kepet up my payments on my computer and had just paid off an old credit account, Brcause I knew that my payments on my laptop was being reported to All the credit report companies I thought it was cool.

They said they needed $250.00 to secure the card, ok cool that's the standard fee I asked if this was an online card that could be used only for online, catalogs or an online store,the Rep said no that it was A Master Card or Visa it was my choice; Because I have a Visa debit card I chose Visa,I was inbetween jobs @ that time so I didn't have the $250.00 so We arrange for the payment to be made on September 31st 2006,Then I was put on hold to be transfered to the Reps' supervisor Mark Johnson. Again I asked if it was a catalog card and was told no It was a regular credit card that could be used everywhere.

While talking about the card and Credit Limit ($2500.00) I asked again was it a catolg card? The Answer again was no this is a regular credit card. So I said ok; Gave them my bank info. When everything was confremed I asked 1 last time about the card and was told it would be a regular Visa Card w/a $2500.00 limit. I said thank you and Mark Johnson said it was a plesure doing busness with me and soon I could start enjoying my card. The money came out of my account on Sept.1st not the 31st. after a couple of weeks I called 727-547-9083 and spoke to customer service, They had got my $250.00 and would be sent some paperwork that I need to sign and send in, Proof of Id and then my Credit Card would be sent to me in about 7 days.

So I sent them acopy of my Drivers Lic... They sent me a card all right, and a catalog What I got looks likes something someone made in a spare bedroom or basement It's gray with numbers that look like they were spray panited on they are and are on the card at an angle. There is'nt even a magnetic stip on the back it's fake (My dog could have made a better card. I just got it last Fri. And EXP date is May 2007. I have been trying to get my credit clean for a few years now and paid off two credit cards after my Divorce. And I knew may payments would be reported to credit agancies, and that cards offers would be made to me so I thought things were good.

These pepole have my bank info and Driver Lic. info.(only the Universe know what they will do with that info. Now I have to change everything in order to protect my ID and Bank Acct. How do I get my money back and Help put these $$@@$ out of work so they don't get anyone else? Did I say the card was a POS? Well It's A POS and I'm stuck w/it
