GE Capital bank on 12/04/2013 closed my CD account without my knowledge before it matured and sent all $26,182.62 to Abandonment Dept,Albany, New York.This bank claims that it had sent me a letter beforehand stating that I must contact them,however,no letter or letters were ever received by me.Why would they close a CD before it maturity? I have no idea.This company needs to be investigated and prosecuted
