mark taylor properties mangment has no access to my apartment as per long standing on going problems phoenix arizona

Hi my name is Robert . On the first day Mark Taylor took over this complex , I have nothing but on going problems with this company . On the first day they had a work order for a drip in a tub , no big deal , right . Wrong, the mant\staff left the office provided key in my front door all day. no kidding . i went to the office and talked to the manager , "Mayra" .And told her that mant/staff would have  no access to my apartment unless i was at home . That was 8 months ago . Since then i have only bad luck with this company .2 - monts ago , I got out of the shower and got dressed , and heard some one in my apartment . i got my hand gun and came around the corner to find one of the staff in my apartment . He said to me your not suppose to be here . The staff has no access to my apartment. I went to the office again , the on site manager said to me ," my bad" . I hate that term . Again today . I just had major heart surgery , I had a work order for a cracked toilet . No access to my apartment with out my self to be called first . The mant/staff just walked in . I told the office - they had no access to my apartment .. I'm getting fed up with this , is the staff looking around my apartment , see what is laying around . We all have stuff just laying around Desk top computer's , cash , passports ,cash . you nane it . I have a primary Home in Payson,Az . I'm only here part time . What goes on when I'm not here . My daughter is in the US Navy ,When she get's back state side i go to see her , where ever she is . I'm gone for weeks at a time . Right now she is again in the middel east , 3 rd tour of duty . Same place,. How am I to have piece of mind not knowing who is in my apartment . What can i do but move out . I have given Mark -Taylor my 90- day notice. My lease ends June 27 .
