Mark Taylor Residential Services Kathleen Danuser was unruly when handling a residential crisis at the The Traditions. 

A current resident living with her husband was told to call corporate offices to handle a disagreement between the current managers.  She was told due to a family emergency, her mother being put in the hospital in Los Angeles without any forewarning or notice, that she could not be let out of her lease without corporate approval.  So she called corporate offices and Kathleen Danuser agreed.  She was compassionate and sympathetic.  She stated any remaining fees would be waivered. 

But after a week, the resident received a served letter from an attorney saying she must pay $3,000 for the remaining lease balance.  And there is fault on the resident's side for not getting it in writing.  But when the resident called Kathleen Danuser of Mark Taylor Residential Services, Kathleen denied ever agreeing to it at all.

It unfolded into ugly communication exchanged between the two.  Kathleen Danuser caused havoc and handled the situation in an unprofessional manner.  She should have been honest and truthful from the beginning.

Why does Mark Taylor allow these type of people to represent the company?!?
