This guy started calling my husbands cell phone at 8 am on a saturday morning. When I woke up I saw that he had also called my cell phone multiple times while i had been asleep. He had been leaving messages on both phones, but he was forgein and neither of could understand the whole messages. The only thing that was clear was the name and numer to return his call. My husband called back and the guy said his name was Mark and he was calling from a law firm representing Cash Advance USA and that my husband had recieved a payday loan from them and that when they tried to take their payments out of his account they were returned. And that he was being sued for fruad and theft. He told my husband that this company had sent many emails trying to contact him with no response but my husband told him he had not recieved anything. The guy stated he would have to prove that in court. My husband tried to get more infromation out of this guy and then said he would check with his bank and call back. I then called the number to see why they had been calling me, the same guy gave me the same story. I was being sued for the same things he told my husband. I asked for a number to contact this advance company and he would not give it to me and said any discussions between me and that company had to go through a lawyer. And that by monday my employer would be contacted about what i had done. He then said thank you and hung up on me. The number the guy called from was 7326451930

Do not pay another dime to these people!

AUTHOR: Olive - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, December 10, 2011

These pay day loans are scams. Chances are the loan was illegal in your state.
No one is arresting you, suing you, etc.. This guy is not a Attorney, Private Investigator, Law Enforcement etc..

Most of the time they are calling from another country, from a computer in a cafe.
He will ask you to wire him money to a fake name.Hang up, close that account and never pay a dime!

Do research on the net, thousands of these complaints are out there.File complaint with the FTC on line.
