I used to work for marketforce "certified" answering calls and giving jobs to independent contractors. I have to say that Certified has no morals. They dont treat their employees good at all. They treat them horrible like they do to the independent contractors.
Thats why i left the company i couldnt stand being treated like dirt. I am going to say your just a number to them they dont care at all. I know that ive heard it. They are two faced and they can lie through their teeth with no issues or second thoughts.
Always and I mean always get an email from them at all times i dont care if its for a higher payment or if its a "priority" always get it in writing so if they turn their backs on you, you can say i have an email from whomever and you would have to forward that to the supervisors and they would have to pay you.

The winds are changing at market force, A year ago a great company to work, Now increased demands, slow turn around time, promises not kept.. do not drink the kool-aid. not receiving merchandise on time , then requiring revisits. i guess it depends on the account rep.. but waiting up to 6 weeks to get paid, basically going back to due the nov visit before being paid for oct is very non professional, do the employees at corporate only get paid every weeks, i think not/
