MARK'S MOTOR Shell Gas Station SCAMMERS, CHEATERS, LIARS, WORST COSTUMER SERVICE AND MECHANICS. brooklyn New York

I purchase Supposedly two brand new tires at Mark's Motors. An african gentleman came and tell me oh we have two of those tires left on stock $150 each with $55 dollars of diagnositc test. after changeing the wheel and the diagnostic test the totall was $385. $30 was service fee which was not statedin the beginning. it was just a hidden charge you find out later everything is installed.

I went home the next day one of my tire i relpaced was flat. When i went back Mark was there with threathening tone of voice he stated that there are no refund or exhanges on all tires. there was a hole of the side of the wheel and he is accusing me that I hit a pothole. after being rude to me and tells me to talk to the working the african guy working there about it.

I waited two hours for him to get to work and he talks to me like i'm annoying him. He tells me that when he find a nother one he'll call me to let me know. I'm like i bought a brand new tire and you're telling me that you'll look for another one? and i have to ride around th car with the donut on my car?  With his bad english he turns it around on me saying that I dont understand the word he's saying because he said he'll call me when he finds a new tire.

This is why I had to come on here with this kind of concern to protect other people who might fall victim to these slime balls. PLease do not come here if you want to get abuse as an customer that works hard for your money. I will never return and im going to claim this on my credit card as a fraud
