If you are a Realtor considering or doing Broker Price Opinions for this Company Be aware you will not be paid. I would assume the same is true for Appraisers.
When located in Frederick MD this company who does work for Fannie Mae paid promptly for orders completed on a monthly basis. About 1 year ago they went through some changes and moved to Florida.
At this time they changed their payment terms from 30 days to 90 days. They kept to that schedule for about 3-4 months but now do not pay at all.
I have orders going back to Sept that have not been paid despite the fact they are paid by their clients. Calls to contacts at the company say that accounting is no longer able to be contacted by them directly but they will pass on your information to them
Of course this does nothing.
