Marsh Landscape Services is owned by Michael Marsh who is trying to fraudulantly bill be for services he and his employees did not do or complete.  In fact, because of the bad work that they did I had to pay more money for another company to complete correctly.  This happened in 2007.  He just sent a Demand For Payment letter to me on October 31, 2012.  In the letter Michael Marsh threatened me with criminal charges if I do not pay the bill.  He has previously stated that he knows law enforcement officers that are his friends and they will charge me if I do not pay.  This threat is illegal and I filed a Complaint with the Attorney General's Office in Ohio.
