I attended a marshall sylver's MMP workshop and was so surprised with how it was developed, and how it was pitched. It was an utter sell fest with no content whatsover. I bought his package from a con-artist promoter Gerald Rogers who is based in orlando, Fl. I also bought other packages from people he had on his stage. In my opinion anyone who would bring scum like marshall sylver should be grouped in the same category. At the turning point marshall was making sexual suggestions which I found inappropriate, and I kind of new his was fake at the rogers event but he is such a good salesmen. At least he looks wealthy.

Promoters always talk about wealth, but what has gerald actually achieved in life. I would like to see his real estate portfolio, and what he has done personally. I did get some value out of the turning point but marshall like gerald conned me to buying more packages. It would change my life right.  It did to the tune of 25k and counting.  When I tried to call the offices of sylver no response to giving my money back.  I believe that this seminar business is fake and most guys should not be in business especially the ones mentioned here.

Gerald is just a parasite feeding off other people when they speak. I thought so highly of him last year but that changed after I went through marshall's program and realized where I bought it from. I did like watching marshall speak but what comes out of his mouth his evil.

I listened to the other speakers at gerald's event and was so bored that I left early. I found lindhal to be o.k but his course is way too expensive, I still bought it though. It had some value but no where to what he charges. I don't think he owns anything and makes a lot from the seminars. I believe that is the common thread here. I have lossed quite a bit of money from investing in the lindhal way. I am from Boston so I know him quite well and he does not look honest. Sure he brings his overweight family to the events and says only his family his employed which may be true, but why should I care about it.  He charges so much for his accelerated coaching program and makes promises that you can have 10k of rental income through commercial real estate in a short period of time. That is a load of crap. I wonder how may students actually made a dime. I know a lot of guys who were in the bootcamp I attended and are extremely upset. A few of them also bought the package from Rogers.

Than merrill talks a good game, but that guy is as a fake as they come. I mean give me a break. I did not buy his package, but I kept in touch with a few people from con artist gerald's event who bought from him. No one made money which leads me to assume that all the speakers mentioned here including the richest promoter family man gerald rogers are all big time scammers.

I am still enrolled in the next level taught by marshall. I don't know if I will get my money back so I guess I will be forced to attend. I am equally angry at the the speakers for just trying to sell me crap. Gerald for promoting these fools to the general public. Most of all I am really hurt my marshall because I thought he was honest. This has been the biggest financial mistake I have ever made. If you are thinking attending a gerald rogers event please think again because you will buy from people whose sole objective is to bleed you dry. One thing is for sure I won't be going to any more seminars especially with these rip-off artists.
