The world we live in involves people who slander one's name; they decide that they are going to be a judge, jury and executioner. The information that the gentlemen provided in this report stands on false information and absolute lies. Contractually everything that was provided to him and promised to him was accomplished within the guidelines of the contract he signed. This report falls in line with a person that has a history of these transgressions. 

The first statement he made "ran a month without any pay" and then followed that statement up with that it had “been a month and a week” before he was paid contradicts itself. The real information is stated here. He started on the 15th of March and was paid that settlement on the 5th of April not to mention he had 3 big advance on the following date 3/22,3/29 and one added to his first weeks settlement (4/5/2021) this easily discredits his statements of not being paid for “a month” or as in his other sentence “a month and a week”. People are able to state falsified information and expect everyone to believe them without any circumstantial evidence; making the individual and or business suffer through time wasted and slander.  

Fuel surcharge is included in the rate per contract. The company receives 25% of the rate and fuel surcharge is included into that rate. The contract that the gentlemen signed states this. The  fuel card was turned off due to the driver going AWOL. The driver did receive a final settlement and worked with us from 3/22-5/3/2021 I have wired all the money owed to him during that time and mind you 3 weeks he didn't work. Being a driver of over “30 years” experience he would know that you still have truck insurance, trailer payment due every week regardless if you're working or not. 

The other truck that was leased was paid all the money owed. All these rate cons were provided as well. The accuser stated that “the rate was cut 2,000 dollars''. Here is the truth to that statement. An excel spreadsheet was done up to show all his drivers loads/rates, charges and percentage taken out, there was a typo error. One was stated as $3,200 when it should have been $5,500 and the other was at $5,500 when it should have been $3,200. In all it was a simple mistake that wasn’t finalized until after all the settlements and rate cons were audited. If he would have done his due diligence instead of shooting from the hip just like all the acquisitions; he would have seen the error instead of jumping to conclusions as in the pattern of his behavior. 

We are very transparent with anyone in this business. We don't hide behind fake fees and rates. This gentleman has questioned my character and the company's history of being fair and informative towards the owner operators they work with. The owner has been doing this for over twenty years and I know many people who can tell you that he has helped them with their trucks and or life in general over the decades helping towards repair being mechanical or monetary to hoping on a truck with a driver to get them home. 

With the statement about his buddy being charged 2900 dollars to take a load 500 miles here is the details to this. The rate was 5,000 dollars with a total miles of 1367. This driver wasn't able to deliver his load and left the load in SLC for a total of 807 miles which paid a rate of 3.67 per mile ($2,968.06). How can I get 5$ per mile if there were only 560 miles left to make the delivery in this load ($2031.94 left in the rate). His “buddy”didn't finish the load out and left it in SLC. The owner of the company finished the load. The driver was fairly compensated for the miles he ran. I have all the paperwork to back up my statements. I would ask the person reading this question. If I took a load halfway to its destination and the other person delivered it but paid the driver who dropped the load off the full rate without compensating the other driver would that make ethical sense to you?

This is like standing up to a bully who decides he gets to choose a reputation for someone to make him feel like a good guy. In the short time I have observed his behavior and have already seen a line of people he has lied, manipulated and walked all over. He goes from person to person and gets what he needs from them and to say his word is trustworthy is pretty evident to not exist.  

I laugh at a lot of these statements in this complaint, especially this one "They left my driver in a bad way with his family in a homeless shelter. Would not send money for his family. Told me well he can get 300$ a week." That statement is false. The accuser told this to his driver, not the other way around. I have all the proof to reiterate my statements.

 When it comes to "the business owner saying they're strapped" he was told “we will not front you anymore money we had already cash advance you a large dollar amount”. There was no statement saying we didn’t have the money that was an assumption just like all these other acquisitions.

In the end time tells the truth. A company that has been in business for nearly twenty years would be enough to prove this but sometimes you come upon someone who decides they are the ones that make this world for everyone else. I can back up all of my statements here in the court of law under oath.
