I sent Martin Berkhan from LeanGains.com $795 via PayPal for a custom workout and diet plan. He promised to have the plan developed and sent to me in 10 days. One month has passed and I have nothing. I emailed Martin, contacted him via Twitter, FB, etc. He completely ignored me for 3 weeks until I opened up a PayPal dispute, then he sent me this email on Nov. 27th ,2013:
"Oh, s***. I'm so sorry, John. I truly am. I did absolutely not trying to rip you off, so please accept my apologies and give me a sec to make this right. Cool? I'll refund you, no problem."
Then a week later...no refund, but he did send me another email saying this:
"On account of developing your plans this weekend, may I ask you to cancel the Paypal dispute,"
I told him if he develops my plans, I would cancel the dispute. But, 1 week later and still no plans and no refund and no communication. Now I'm going through this big process with PayPal to get my money back because this jerk-off ripped me off. Please never send this joker any money for anything. LeanGains and Martin Berkhan are a big scam.
