Marty Frank and Melanie Frank Do not ever use them for realeatate breckenridge Colorado

Do not rent from Marty Joy Frank.  Rip off.  I rented a property of his and his wifes Melonie Frank in Breckenridge, Colorado for $3,250.00 a month. 

Upon move in to the rental property there were several issues with the appliances and the main heating system.  In the lease all working standarrd appliances were included.  Upon move in the heat zones were not functioning properly. I had to take off work 5 times to meet the work men  Marty and Melonie were  too busy.  Seperate issues, took off work an additional 6 x's to meet Contractors to repair non functioning appliances; washer, dryer, dishwasher.  Service repairmen recommended the Franks replace with new appliances.  The Franks refused.  Instead the Franks recommedned I walk through three feet of snow to the carriage house to do laundry!  Speaking of snow the Franks were to have provided a contractor to remove the snow. That never happened and I had to hire my own contractor.  I found out through the carrage house renter that Marty Frank was to have credited me $150.00 monthly towards rent, Marty never bothered to share this with me, nor was I given the 150 credit until i pressed the issues with the courts... 

Hired a independent contractor to repair kitchen cabinet drawer pulls, repair dripping sink faucet, install smoke detactor batteries, replace burnt out ceiling lights.  All to the tune of $825.00 Marty never reimbursed me.
