First of all I can tell you that it was not marijuana found in 2005 it was ecstacy which is felony number one, felony number two is unpaid hotel charges from writing a bad check also in 2005 in Miami and felonly number three was four embezzlement charges from embezzling money from customers of Keller Williams Realty which is why the real estate career of Martin Upfall ended. He is on probation currently for 3 1/2 more years and was just released from tether in January of 2013.  His gold buying career did not start in 2010, he created MBG (Marty buys gold) in January of 2012. By my 23 birthday my company was the largest real estate company in the city of Detroit. We bought beat up dilapidated homes and refinished them inch by inch while assisting low income clients with FHA and va homes under the first time buyer programs. Over the next 16 years I personally watched over and managed and did so much to watch over 3200 families achieve the American dream. It was awesome. In 2005 the market crashed and our inventory was left with way less worth than what we were into them for. I didn't want to close or send any employees home so I held on, for too long til we were finally broke in 2007. I had to close the doors. Heartbroken and broke. At then end we had no way to pay our last four investors out of the 100s we had and I was taken to court and had no money to fight any charges so I took a plea. I completed the sentence that the court gave me and that was that. Not very proud but what can you do. As far as dental partials. That wasnt me. Drug offense in fla, yes while on vacation in fla I was caught w a bag of marijuana. Oh boy. Give me the chair.
