Dwayne Stevens and Marvin Harris ripped me for a few hundred bucks but the real crime was actually listening to their BS lies about getting business funding in 3 weeks.  I paid $415 via Paypal on 10-26-17 for a "background check" but the money went into their business account.  Dwayen Stevens then asked me for an additional $1600 that very weekend.  I had an "approval" etc.  I told him I would happily pay whatever insurance he wanted as long as it was to be paid directly to the insurance company.  Nope, had to be paid to Dwayne and Marvin.  UH NO.  We went around and around for a day or so and then I charged back Paypal.  The "partner" Marvin Harris then took over communication.  He reiterated they could get the funding in place no problem and 3 weeks (max) was the time frame.  Everything is in writing so if you are skeptical, please let me send you the email communication.  These are terrible people to try to do business with.  They don't take calls, they don't respond to emails, they don't answer questions - they cryptically communicate enough to string you along for long enough you can't get your money back.  Ok, so I am out $415, big whoop.  What I am REALLY out is my damaged business reputation by communicating their lies to my colleagues, associates, vendors, etc.  There is no getting that back and it was all unnecessary.  The stress these people have caused is not worth anything.  I wish I had never engaged in conversation with them much less tried to do business with them.  I am quite certain there was never an intent to provide funding for anything but rather all just a ploy to rip individuals off for whatever they can get their hands on.

Please RUN, do not walk, they will ask you for upfront fees that are bogus and you will get nothing in the end and have an enormous amount of stess and grief in between.  For me, the time wasted and false information was more damaging then anything.  If you are reading this, I hope you find better luck somewhere else.  I do know there is funding available but not with these joker brokers.  They are just scamming people.
