Mary Ann Riley Weston Foundation, Grants, Fraud, Lies, Document Fees, Chicago Nationwide

A lady that goes by the name Mary Ann Riley is working with fake grant companies.  She told us she represented the Weston Foundation out of Chicago and we had been chosen to recieve a grant.  She already knew we had hired a grant writing company to find grant $ for our minority owned business.  

Mrs. Riley called me up, told me we had been approved, but that she needed an additional $5,000 for document fees.  We then got suspicious and called the foundation who confirmed that she was a scam.  We believe her primarly to be working Financial Development Group out of Billings, Montana.   They have dissolved as of 12/4/2014.  Names assocated with FDG are Richard Miller, David Blake, and Paul Harris.  Chris Heinrick is the regiestered owner.  They were actuall registered with the BBB in Montana since 2007 with AAA accredtied rating.  THey have since removed themselves.
