Complaint Review: Massage Warehouse
Massage Warehouse Waited 3 months for delivery and then received the wrong product! Boilingbrook, Illinois
Many calls were made to Massage Warehouse. They said the delay was because the color we wanted was on back order. So we picked a color they said was in stock. Two weeks later, no table. They then said that was on backorder as well.
Now we have reached our opening date of August 1st and we have a service room with no table. Two more weeks go by and they finally came and delivered the table. It's the wrong table! This one cost hundreds less than the one we paid for back in June.
They tell us they will be there between noon and 4 p.m. to pick up the table on August 30,2012. Our business is by appointment only. So we have our receptionist on duty all day waiting for them. They never show up. I am beyond frustrated! Now I told them I do not believe them that the proper table will be delivered and they cannot take this one until the right one is here. We have that table filled with appointments now.
We lost money because we had no table to perform services on. We lost money by having to pay our receptionist during a period we had no appointments. We will be filing in court to be compensated for our losses! To be continued....
