Master Call Communications STARTEC Charge for International calls are wrong..., Internet

"OK! Master Call Communications is my biggest disappointment. After few months talking with so many representatives from this company, and trysting them about rate (in my case it was for SERBIA/ 4, 9 cents) I switched from another provider for long distance calls. In FIRST STATEMENT from them I GAT NEW RATE WHICH WAS 9 CENTS PER MINUTE. Crazy!!! Before I had that statement I gave to one of rep. (Master Call Communications) about fifteen phone numbers and names of my friends who use to call their relatives in Europe. I am going to damage my credibility in their eyes because I trusted people from MCC's. I paid my first statement and few minutes ago I quiet with MASTER CALL COMMUNICATIONS.Previous provider was STARTEC and with them I had very similar expirience."
