LAST YEAR I BOUGHT A PATIO DOOR BUILT BY MASTERCRAFT AT MENARDS IN FRANKLIN.WISCONSIN. AT THE TIME IT WAS SITTING IN THE GARAGE UNTIL I COULD GET THE CARTPENDER OUT TO THE HOUSE TO HAVE IT INSTALLED WHICH WAS APPROX. 5-6 MONTHS. THE DOOR WAS ALL WRAPPED UP AT tHE TIME AN I DID NOT SEE THE BENT UP DOOR UNTIL THE DAY CAME THE CARTPENDAR CAME TO PUT IN THE DOOR.
ALL I WANTED WAS TO HAVE MASTERCRAFT REPLACE THE DOOR SECTION BUT ALL I GOT WAS ---NO WAY FOR AN ANSWER...SO WELL HERE IS MY STORY.!! I GUESS CHECK OUT WHO YOUR DEALING WITH BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING... JOHNNY
