I went to Master Matchmakers for help. Met with Steven Ward who told me that if I paid him $450 I would be able to use the "Love lab" (which had about 5 people on it) and he would set me up on 3 dates. We met, he told me that he had many people for me. started desribing a few of the men. A week later I called him and asked how the match making was going. He said he hasnt given me a second thought, but I should write and essay about my family and how much money they make??
I immediately asked for a refund. Then he told me that he never said he would set me up on anything. If I paid him more money he would do it
Him and his mother have some sort of unchaste relationship going on. They are just after peoples money and all they do is give out insults.

I would like to explain in more detailed information and provide my rebuttal of this claim. The "Love Lab" has thousands of clients Nationwide. The clients that are visible are only a fraction of the total number of its participants. Not all of our clients have chosen to have their profiles visible however, still have the ability to access, send and respond to other member messages. I under no circumstance believe that Mr. Steven ward would ever tell a client that "he has not given them a second thought" The essay that was requested was in order to gather personal information that was not provided in this potential clients dialogue with Steven. Income of family members or loved one's is inconsequential and irrelevant in regards to the matching process and membership to our company. Furthermore, I do not believe this question was asked or is being misrepresented and taken out of context, if it had. With regard this complainants belief, that there is an unchaste relationship between mother and son is incomprehensible, bordering on slander and quite perverted with regard to this inference.
