MASTER SPA HOT TUB STORE RIP ME OFF FOR $6000.00 DOLLARS Ft Wayne Indiana

Beware of this company do not purchase their products unless you want to get ripoff and purchase a very poorly made product.  There are hundreds of people who were ripped off for thosands of dollars in michigan.  DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MASTER SPAS OF MICHIGAN OR THERE NEW name HOT TUB STORES.  This company cost me and other $6,000.00 which is based in Indiana.

My hot tub sterro speakers were replaced six time with same effect rust and bad sound.  My jets leak and fall appart.  They replaced a my pump  less than a year after i purchased the tub with a old one I have now found out it was rebuild not new or remanfactured. I just had to replace it.  The interior lights did not work on delivery of the new tub.

i just discovered that the values to shut the water off are defective too and do not function.  i just had all new flooring put in my hot tub room with will now have to be replaced.

Don't waste your time calling there service depart they are no help and don't care.  i had a cal-spa for 20 years and did not have these types of problem.

I could go on about the problems with this spa and all I have to say is do not waste your money on a MASTER SPA!!!!!!!!!!
