Master tool repair Meagan smith, Korie Matson. Internet

 I just saw the report about master tool repair . com and I had to just say I wish I had seen it sooner. I ordered parts in the beginning of April and waited weeks and finally I contact them about an ETA. They tell me they sent me an email on the 24 the of April but I never received it. So I'm waiting for this backordered gasket and o ring set months. I then call and said I made the parts I ordered can you send me A piston kit instead? Oh sure its on the way. Well that,s been over a month. So I receive an email with A 54$ charge on my credit card and A note that it was on backorder. No itemized list of any charges and no description of any parts being sent nothing. So I contact them and ask what was the 54$ for the lady was A complete disrespectful nut. I cannot believe I waited this long and didn't write this sooner. So the part was 34 bucks and the shipping was 20 bucks OK write that on the receipt.. So I then was told that my changing the order was the hold up on this order being sent out. Well can you cancel this then and nice doing business with you. Unbelievable I would never if that was the only place on earth to get parts buy from these people. My compressor would be scrapped. I don't snivel often but this place is business done wrong they sent me an email as I was writing this that the customer was argumentive and my order was cancelled. Lol. Do they think this went to someone else? Anyway this is A very true experience that just took place and I am now thinking this is truly not A legit company.
