Matchmaker Michigan Liar Scammers - Send one man to different woman at the same time like a br*thel cliam that they are part of BBB Grand Rapids Michigan

First, I called them on the phone and Lindsey Baar (associate Director) assured me that they have a lot of men in different ages, highly educated and good occupations. I got there, I signed the paper and paid them. Lindsey Baar said that she "had to" take my picture although she had NOT informed me about it. I filled out a form that I am interested in an educated man, financially stable and older than me! Then she said that they do not have many matches for me. Opposite what she had told me on the phone before I got there. 

They send me a gentleman and told me that he was an "engineer". When I met him, he was not dressed appropriately for a date. He told me that he had never been an engineer but he had some classes at night in a community college with NO degree. He was working in the factory. 

I contacted the director of Matchmaker Michigan. Kimberly Kanoza Ralph, the director, told me that the man IS an engineer. Kimberly said that the man WAS DATING with another woman at the time and that is why he dressed inappropriately to turn me off!!!!! I told Kimberly that it was very inappropriate to send a man to me while he was dating another woman!!! (To me, it is not a dating service, it is like sex-service in a brothel ---- I apologize for my language)

Then I told Kimberly that there are a lot of complaint about them in the internet. She said that they all lie! Kimberly said that Matchmaker Michigan "is" part of BBB and they never received any complaint before. I said that I have checked their website and bbb and I knew that Matchmaker Michigan in NOT part of BBB. Suddenly Kimberly Konanza changed what she said and continued: "Oh, well, ya, we are NOT part of bbb but we have to report them every month." --- Big lie to claim to be part of BBB when they are not. Lie is a lie. 

I met two other gentlemen who were complaining about matchmaker as well. They were not type of  the gentleman that I wished for, so we did not meet more than once. Another match called me once and cancelled before meeting. Then Lindsey Baar sent me a profile of a gentleman who was younger than me. 

I was very upset and told her that she intentionally sent me gentlemen who are dating with other women or they are not educated or they are younger than me - not what I asked in the written form in my file.  I told her that I felt that she made fun of me by sending a man on date and not educated. I told her that she intentionally wanted to count down my matches so she just can get the money without giving me a professional service. I asked her to close my file completely and never contact me again. 

After almost three weeks, a gentleman called me that matchmaker Michigan has sent him to me. It was quite upsetting for me. These people in Matchmaking Michigan did not respect my request and did not inform that gentlamn not to contact me. 

Matchmaker Michigan tricked me by taking my money and not giving a service that they promised.
