 We were not happy with the Geometry DVDs we received. The actors' clothes and hairstyles were from the 1970s and they spoke like were talking to small children. My 16-yr-old wanted nothing to do with them, so I returned them for a refund (money-back guarantee was plainly stated, which is why I felt safe spending the $80). I did send it back with signature confirmation required, as instructed, but a month went by and I hadn't heard anything. I called the phone number for MME and the person who answered claimed they never received the returned package. He said as soon as it arrived he would have a refund check to me within a week. I spoke to the Brooklyn Post Office, who confirmed nobody ever answered the door to sign for it. They redelivered successfully, but two more weeks went by with no contact. I called MME again, and he apologized for not getting it sent out and said I'd have a check within a week. It never came and the phone was no longer being answered (I continued to leave messages with no response). If your child can learn from the outdated presentations, then this product is legitimate. The fraudulent piece is if you want a refund - you will never receive it.
