Credit One is a nightmare and screws many over; run while you can. They play on the many that can not get credit and charge them for everything possible form 75.00 to 100.00 for a fee and fee's for everything from paying your account to closing it. All the help is in India and their theory once they have you is we shall screw you over because we have the law and can get a collection agency. RUN ASAP!

What Is Your Point?

If somebody knows how to use their computer then they have the knowledge of common sense to be a smart consumer. These credit card companies disclose their fees and interest for any potential applicant to see and ponder over. Yes, those fees can be excessive as well was the APR. But it is up to the applicant to decide BEFORE getting and using the card if they want to obligate themselves in this fashion. This isn't Cuba or Iran and obtaining any credit card is purely voluntary. If someone forced the OP into this card then absolutely they have the basis to complain. But nobody forced the OP. Time and time again we see example after stupid example of someone agreeing to a set of terms/conditions they have ZERO knowledge of because they chose NOT to read them! Please explain to us how you think that is the mark of a smart consumer. Nobody has the "right" to a credit card. Even being a smart consumer isn't a "right". Common sense dictates you know what you're getting yourself into before you get yourself into it since you do have that opportunity to NOT get into it by not agreeing to those terms and conditions.

Poor Baby

Since all the fees, charges and interest rates were clearly available to you on the paper application and website, perhaps you should have done the COMMON SENSE thing and read the terms and conditions BEFORE signing for the card and if those fees were not to your liking, then you not apply for the card! How hard is that? But that's OK...its fun to watch people declare to the whole world they don't have that common sense!

You know that you're too ignorant to give a valid opinion on here, and no one asked you to poke your nose where it doesn't belong, anyway. But, then, you ARE the king of the rip off artists, aren't you ?? What a little cretin you are. Now go have your mommy change your diaper. You stink.

That's not a rip off. You put yourself in that situation by ripping off your previous creditors. Live with it.
