To whom it may concern after buying a matters set at mattress warehouse with a warranty i was turned down for refund or or exchange, the mattress and box spring i got was a beautiful set made by sealy they were over 1,000 will i dont know about you but these days i cant afford to buy a mattress set for 1,000 every 6 months after have the set the mattress set started to puff out at the sides
i called them and they sent someone out to take pictures of the set even the man that came out said that the mattress should not be doing that with one person under 150 pounds puffing out at the sides i waited for 3 months and no one calles me so i called the company they told me they sent a letter out to me denying my new mattress or refund do to it had a small stain on it which it didnt so ther a total rip off and no one should shop at mattress warehouse
even if you ahve a warranty so i know have to live with a puffed out mattress til i can afford another set and how far is that
