Ebay item 3367800291, a DVD was paid for on 5 December 03 and the item never received from ebay store dvdsr4auction owned by Matthew Barsing. THIS PERSON TOOK MY MONEY AND KEPT IT WITHOUT SUPPLYING THE GOODS. Ebay has since closed his account down.

DVD not received from ebay store dvdsr4auction

At the time of winning this item I transferred the sum of AU$49.50 into the sellers Australian bank account due to the seller not accepting paypal. This was common in Australia as there was no Australian version of paypal then. The sellers ebay store was closed by ebay shortly after my transaction so I was unable to communicate with the seller in relation to not receiving this item.
I was also of the understanding that the seller had this item in his possession for immediate despatch to me to receive in the following few days, as it was intended as a christmas present. I dont remember reading anything saying that it would be shipped from Malaysia. It has been nearly 3 years and the item has never been received and I have since bought the item elsewhere

The eBay auction for a DVD was won by bidder and the DVD was posted direct from supplier in Malaysia. I was not informed that customer did not receive the DVD.
I am happy to discuss this issue with customer with a effort to resolve the situation
