I purchased a sauna waist trainer for $24.99 from Matthew Hagberg via Facebook ad on July 8, 2017. And never received the item. I emailed them ok 7-15 and received 1 response from "customer service" saying standard shipping is2-4 weeks and that I would be contacted when shipped with USPS tracking number. That was the only response I have received and the phone number from the email just goes to a voicemail and have left message and no calls back.
