Mattress Barn Sebastian, Fl. MATTRESS BARN MISLEADING, MISREPRENSENTATION, HORRIBLE MATTRESSES! Sebastian, Florida

We purchased a mattress from Mattress Barn we were told the Englander was a great mattress. We purchased it and it was horrible! It sunk on both sides of where we slept. We woke up with shoulders, back & hips killing us! We called the warranty dept had to wait for them to send us a package to fill out. We did exactly what they asked for and sent it back to them. I called them numerous times to find out the status and they finally said they were sending out a person to do the measurements.

 After two and half months of sleeping on couch they said the mattress was not good and told us that we could go back into the store to purchase a new one of the same value and type! I refused to buy another Englander  the salesman Butch said we could pick another brand. I went back into the store and was laying on a few different ones and I thought maybe if I spent some more money I would get a better quality. I tried a mattress that was a queen Simmons Beauty Rest and it stated that the mattress was split in half you could choose plush or firm. The plush side felt fantastic! We also ordered a king size! I sent my fiance back to the store to pay the difference.

 We get the mattress and it was hard as a rock!!!!!! Not to mention that it is sinking again on both sides! I called Butch the salesman told him what was going on and he said that they could not help us any further! He also said that the mattress that we laid on has been broken in and that many customers lay on the beds in the showroom! Seriously??? Did you just tell me that??? You sell beds on the showroom and the consumer gets something completely different from what they laid on in the showroom!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would never buy any mattress from them. Consumers be very careful! I am and will have friends stand outside of that store and Vero store  with signs telling potential customers not to buy from them. This is a small town and I will get great satisfaction in ruining there reputation!
