Ex NBA Player Houston devlivered Letters of Intent for multiple real estate projects. Took advance fees, claimed to be part of a larger group of high net worth individuals looking to provide private bridge financing in real estate. Maurice Taylor would produce LOI's on his letterhead have deposit fees wired directly into his account.
Mr. Taylor was never made any physical site inspections, never produced a single loan document. Did not close a single deal but would repeatedly claim that loans documents are being drawn up and funding was going to happen.
Just bad news big talker, but just talk.
