Refused to fix flat while we were traveling 200 miles from home sayin a 3" cut across tread. Sold us crappy tire with city tread at full price when I have almost brand new mud/snow tires on my 4x4. Tire was easily fixed by our mechanic. Was cut less then 1" & easiler hot patched. Had less then 700 miles on it & is/has been on our 2014 1500 Big Horn crew cab p/u since. HQ & regional managwer refused to do anything. Regional manager 'Doug' repeated 'We don't owe you a d**n thing!'. Additiona; problems also with this Company regarding this incident.
