Do not work with this company. These people have been working together for 10 years scamming people with loan modifications and mortgage leads, you can look up their history on Google as I did. Jason Smith is registered on the corporation, Ken does the ripping off. Ken Cleaver used to have a mortgage company but he lost his license.
Jason Smith used to be an attorney but he lost his license. Ken Cleaver is a scam artist. He tried to rip me off, he caused problems with my business. He used to work with Jennifer Williams at the National Mortgage Help Center. You can look it all up. Ken Cleaver would take tens of thousands of dollars from old ladies to help them save their homes, none were saved. Ken Cleaver is a scam artist. Stay away from these people.
