I ordered tennis strings and tools online and paid using credit card. The package was never sent to me and it's been more then 3 months since it was billed on my credit card.

The only answer I always got was to be patient. They simply took my money and kept the goods.

Do not trust this company.

Maxline Sent me a new package after realizing that the post office lost the first package. The fault wasn't theirs and they made all the efforts to have the package found. Thanks to Victor.

After all, I would not hesitate a bit to recommend this company as the incident was out of their control. I must say that I never had any difficulty with my previous purchases from them until just one time the post office lost my package :-(.

I will most certainly continue to purchase products from Maxline Eagnas .

I first filed a rip off report since my paid order was not arrived after more then 3 months. Victor (the guy from Eagnas) worked with the post office to find out that the post office lost my package.

Victor emailed me today saying that they will send me another package.

It appears that the problem was not their fault and that they were not dishonest with me.

I'm very glad an agreement was reached. Will have to wait for the new package.

After all, it seems the company is very thrustable. Will have the proof as soon as the package arrives.
