this attorney is the worst person i have ever dealt with. he is incompetent straight up liar and useless. i took my case to him and i was referred by someone because supposively he was good and knew what he was doing obviously not. the whole time i would ask him of status of my case he said he was working on it and that he had mailed paperwork to the other party and he never did.

i was a year waiting and nothing from him. he's such a crappy attorney that i had to request his contract and he emailed it to me because he didnt even have it in paper for me to sign and he had never even suggested an agreement for him to take the case. it was weird and ridiculous so unorganized he had a mess in his office everywhere. what attorney works without a real office or an assistant? hes a bag full of lies when i would call some girl in the front desk would answer which she worked for the building not him directly he was never at his office he wouldnt return messages or phone calls.

when i decided to go ahead and move on with another attorney he was asking me to pay him to submit the lawsuit to the court to file the paperwork i told him to give me the lawsuit i will file it and he refused got angry and then weeks after that he stated he was sick with cancer and that was the reason why he didnt work on my case or many other people that were also lied to and used and time wasted. my case was an injury this was no joke and he didnt care at all. he said he would take the case and not charge till he win the case or settle and then he wants to charge me without even winning the case in court.

one day i text him he told me horrible things thru text messaging and even threatned me so i told him i was reporting him to the police and that i would go to the florida bar and report it with all the florida state consumer offices. hes a phoney mayowa odusanya now he resides in tampa, fl because many people are after him for ripping them off and running. i changed lawyers and im very pleased with the new ones services and attentions.
