Maytag Heat Pump/Air Handlerandler Nordyne Don't Be Ripped Off Class Action Lawsuit Needed Nationwide

I purchased a M1200 MAYTAG Air Handler with a 12 year warranty for parts and labor 2009. I have had nothing but problems since my purchase. The company that I purchased my unit from is no longer a MAYTAG provider and can no longer service my unit. My warranty is now covered by Assurance Inc. They are not providing service according to the contract. Various reports on line support that this unit has many design flaws. I did contact a local provider who informed me that they would fix my unit at a labor cost of $1104.00!  However they would have to replace the part with the same defected Nordyne part. I am interested in filing a class action lawsuite. I am willing to assist with paying a legal team to start the process. I purchased my unit in good faith based on the MAYTAG Brand. I was trying to support "made in America". From other consummers on line their appear to be a design flaw and the entire system need to be replaced. I believe in AMERICAN principles. When someone makes a promise, they should stand behind the product. Greed is driving our county into ruins. Lets band together and stop this company before they take advantage of another person.
