we bought carpet here and found it to be of inferior quality. the carpet has bunched up and created lumps everywhere. the carpet stains easily and stains cannot be removed. each time i vacuum, the canister fills with carpet fibers. the carpet has seen only 10 months of use and it is horrible.
a Sears representative came out and he guessed the carpet to be 8 years old and he was amazed at the poor quality.
i have been trying to resolve this issue since before Thanksgiving and have gotten nothing but a run around from Doug, the owner. he does not return phone calls and has just chosen to ignore us, hoping that we will just go away.
this is not a company i would recommend anyone to do business with.
