I ordered 250 business cards from Mcdonald Printing Feb 17th AND paid for online. I Received a confrimation email that the order was received immediatly. I waited one month, no cards! I emailed them for a full refund, NO response.
I finally found the phone number and called to speak with the manager. I asked for a refund in full and he proceeded to tell me, he was sorry and would put, instead of 250 cards, 1,000 cards with next day shipping. He said they somehow didnt get the card info online(but they SURELY got my MONEY!)
I gave him the benifit of the dout, to make a long story short, i wen through this twice, with him stating they PUT the cards in the mail THAT very day i called(Yeah RIGHT)
i demanded a refund and then he got nasty telling me to never use them again...but do i have cards like they said they had already sent??! NO! no Cards, no clients, NO refund!! this company is BOGUS!

Unless there's something special about your cards, why in the world would you order cards from NY when you live in HI. 10 years ago, I had a guy design me some real spiffy business cards and payed through the nose.
Now I take that same card to office max and they run me $32 for 1000. Last month they sent out a coupon for $10 off so they cost me $22 + tax. I dropped off my card on the way to work at 8 am and they called me the next afternoon, so I could pick them up on my way home.
Not quite 24 hour service but close enough. They even have cheaper cards if you use their format. I think it's $9.95 for 500 or use to be. I looked up office max and they had a couple near you. As I've said before, another satisfied internet customer.
