McGittigans Transportation NON-PAYING COMPANY WHO GIVES LIES & EXCUSES! NEW ORLEANS Louisiana

ALL DRIVERS BEWARE!!! McGittigans Transportation paints a pretty picture to get employees in. They are a non-paying company!! My run was made a month ago and I still have no payment and have heard nothing but lies & excuses on why the can't pay me right now.
Company been in business for a little over a month hiring 3 initial driver who all left within a 2 wk period & NONE have been paid!!! One was stranded in Oregon having to pawn things due to this company lying by telling him he would be paid in 24-48 hours. Needless to say he wasn't paid and still hasn't been paid.

I drive a mini-float that is only rated for 14k lbs. & the company I was hauling for overloaded my trailer by almost 1k lbs and caused damage to my axle, in turn also causing about 6 tires to blow out. The company has aggreed with the proper paperwork filed they would look into reimbursing me for my damages and McGittigans keeps telling me that they have filed the appropriate paperwork but has never sent proof.

They are now telling me since we have spoken of hiring an attorney for payment of the load he will not help us get reimbursed from this company.

The company has also gone as far as lying to a family member that has a known trucking company (sorry cannot disclose), blaming him for them losing their truckers, telling him that these truckers are saying they are going to work for him.

I was caught in a three-way call with McGittigans and this other company. The owner of the undisclosed company accused me of trying to ruin him by stating that I was going to work for him, until he realized that McGittigans was doing nothing more than trying to pass the bucket should I say.
