Do what I did to stop the harrassing phone calls. They call from 3 different numbers and just hang up.
email their board of directors and complain since nothing else seems to

#3 UPDATE EX-employee responds
Easy to get them to stop calling you.

Really its quite easy to get them to stop calling you. For one, the telemarketers do not care if you are recording them, nor do they care if you recite something to them. Simply hang up, call 18886245622 ask them to be put on a surpression list, it takes 5-7 days, lasts for 10 years, as long as you dont change your number.
It works. Be sure not to ask the telemarketer though, they have no access to that.
#2 Consumer Suggestion
You have rights

If a telemarketer calls take the persons name and time of call down on a piece of paper, inform them your recording this conversation. Then ask them to never call you again or you'll report them to the authorities, and take legal action against them. Both would be true since these practices are illegal.
If they give any objections to being recorded just give them your best speaking voice and read this:
"In addition, an interception is legal if the interceptor is a party to the communication, or one of the parties has given prior consent, so long as no criminal or tortuous intent is present... N.J. Stat. 2A:156A-4"
It's plan and simple, if you know your rights they won't be able to do this to you.
File a complaint with your attorney general, ic3.com, and scam.org.
This is the NJ attorney general's website. Add yourself to the do not call list, and file a formal complaint, both are on the following link:

don't answer the phone

I get these same phone calls everday too, and they don't say anything on my voicemail, they are hoping to speak to a real person so they can make you put long distance on your phone bill, but I don't answer the phone. it's getting to be a pest.
