Mckenzie Law Joesph Sanchez Sue, Garnishing Wages, taking you to court. Idllywild California

Recieved a phone call today from a No Caller ID.  The voicemail stated I need to call back asap before a medigation suit was filed against me.  I called back and waited on the line for 30 min, Joseph Sanchez told me at first that i was being civily sued, then he stated that they dont usually handle retail cases but I owed money to the GAP.  I state I dont recall this debt, he then stated that i owed the money and it needed to be resolved. He then said that if I didnt they were garnishing my wages next week and then taking me to court.  I asked him how long ago was this debt and he told me that the card was opened in 2003 in good standing then fell into collections and came out of collections in September 2016.  I stated if this is the case why are you bothereing me.  Then he accused me of being guilty of not paying my debt and being evasive when all i am doing is trying to find out about this debt. I told Sanchez I was going to speak with another lawyer and he went wacko then.  Threanted me all kinds of ways.  It was a relief to find the ripoff report and put my mind at ease.
