Being a trusting sole, I expected Mckenzie Scott Co. to live up to their promises and committment. However, all they wanted was my money. They had me drive 5 hours one way to Indianapolis IN to meet a consultant who told me "stuff" that I already new. All of this at my expense. I was told it would be no problem to get a new job earning $75K per year, etc., etc. They provided no follow up, no communication back to me, nor any positive interviews. Any interviews I went on were totally generated by myself. Their resume process and final result left a lot to be desired. They are indeed a true rip off and I sincerely wish there were some way for me to recoup some of the money that I foolishly gave them. Rex Twinsburg, Ohio

I have re-contacted the company and we have agreed to an amicable resolution of all the elements in my complaint. All of my differences with McKenzie/Scott have been resolved to my satisfaction. As a result, I am hereby withdrawing my negative comments about McKenzie/Scott that were posted on the site.
As a result of the resolution of my concerns, I feel McKenzie/Scott is a reputable organization. Our differences were resolved as a result of McKenzie/Scott's good faith efforts to address my concerns.
