Mclean And Forrester took my money Portland Oregon

I too was contacted by this company saying i was approved for a 10,000 loan i applied for. They stated they couldnt get me funded through a convential bank due to credit to they sent me to a private lender in Jamaica. I spoke ot that office and they said i was approved, i had to pay a 500.00 deposit for insurance on the loan due to my credit then i would recieve the funds. They said they would email me my contract asap,

well then i never recieved it and it was due to email problems they were having, but to speed things along send the money in and they can still process the loan. So i sent it in after reviewing the website and making sure it seems legite, since they gave me the mclean and forresterfi.com address.

So i sent the money western union, of course they picked it up within an hour. Well then i got a call back from there sales office saying still having email problems and the lender decided they wanted an additional 300.00 down before i can have the loan because of credit problems even though i was already approved before.

I still hadnt recieved documents, asked for a refund and they stated it would take 30 days as stated in my contract. Argued more since i didnt have one, and it wasnt my fault and he said he would speak to the insurance company and email me my docs asap.

Well i still havent recieved anything and i know im not going to. This has caused me more money issues then i had before since i lost 500.00. What can i do, the website seemed so legit, who can i contact? Any have any suggestions or anything?
