This seems to be one of four posts by the same person using different names and locations as they all came from the same IP address within a half hour of each other.  If you notice, the report says the report came from John in New York but the first line says my name is Mike.  We dont even have a Matt Green here.  He could be with a branch but each branch is independently owned and operated.  If someone has a legitimate complaint, they need to speak with their representative or contact the corporate office.  Nevertheless, since this guy obviously did not sign up for our organization, how can he assume were a scam? 

MCLN is not really even a company but a community of people facing serious hardships and a network of attorneys and professionals that have the expertise to help them.  We do ask for an initial contribution because the community has expenses associated with its operation.  That money goes to the benefit of all the members.  Its sort of like how Homeowners Associations have dues.  HOAs have monthly dues so that they can pay for common expenses such as landscaping and community facilities.  It is cheaper for the HOA to have one landscaping company for all the homeowners than it would be for each homeowner to hire their own landscaper.
