MCLS Auto, Bridgeview IL Tax Money Fraud. Bridgeview Illinois

Recently flew in from Pittsburgh, PA to look at a vehicle. Upon, arriving we loved what we saw. Signed all of the loan paperworks through Fifth Third Bank. MCLS added my taxes in with the loan agreement and they cut my Department of Driving in PA a check for the tax amount. Upon, arriving back to Pittsburgh, we had to pay a 1% tax difference on top of the check from MCLS. When my Department of Pennsylvania went to cash the check for the other 6% taxes, the check was declined, (the account was closed). Now, I receive a letter from Pennsylvania Department of Transportation that my Registration and stickers are suspended because of the declined check from MCLS.. Contacted the Secretay of State in Illinois and the gentleman suggests that I pay Pennsylvania the tax money (which has already been added and is being paid on in my loan agreement), and contact an attorney. This is ridiculous, why should I pay the tax money out of pocket again, let alone come up with $2,000.00 to pay them. I feel I have been mistreated both by MCLS (Tax Fraud) as well as been given a run-around by the Secretary of State. I feel that the State of Illinois should be responsible for paying the bounced check for the taxes owed to my state. Why should I pay out of pocket.
