The furnace Mike Beard insisted was what I needed was indeed too large for my space.... As a result a shabby, cheap, makeshift sheet metal job was done to replace the original top of the furnace that would not fit.... For 6yrs I have been inhaling abnormal amounts of dust not to mention, cannot keep up with housecleaning as a result of the lousy installation they did.
When I called the office to complain about the issue, the owners wife insisted I needed my duck work cleaned and they'd be happy to do a furnace cleaning for me for $99.00.... Mind you.... Brian McQuade, the owner, never came to my home to check on this installation as a result of my claims. This furnace was installed in May of 2012.... I gave up complaining....
