MD COLLECTIONS CREDIT BUREAU SERVICES COO Darren Fisher- refused to delete negative information to the credit bureau that clearly DOES NOT BELONG TO ME. They refuse to provide any proof of my signature contracting with their company. They know the information is inaccurate yet they refuse to obey the law and remove this fraudulent information. I have NEVER contracted services with their client Penny Saver, who has been purchased by another company and has no longer authorized MD collections regarding me SAN CLEMENTE California

MD Collections is fraudently reporting negative information to my credit bureaus. They have refused to provide any documentation that the debt they are reporting belongs to me. I have repeatedly asked this company to provide any proof. This debt does not belong to me because I have never done business with this company and I have never written any NSF checks to Penny Saver. additionally, the company that originally filed this negative report was called Credit Bureau Services which went out of business 2 years ago. Not only did Credit Bureau Services go out of business, their "supposed" client Penny Saver was pruchased by another corporation and have not authorized MD Collections to contact me.  MD collections is fraudulently reporting to the credit bureaus and once I brought it to their attention, they refuse to delete this inaccurate information which let me know that they are a corrupt collection agency.
