On June 16, 2012 a young lady came to my door. She was trying to raise money to attend a seminar with out of America experience. Of course, I was stupid because she had a magazine which I really wanted for my granddaughter. Stupid, stupid, stupid is all I can call myself. I broke my rules not to buy from door to door vendors. Now I am out $55 and my granddaughter has no magazine. How do these people get a vendors license?
