I lost Mediacom services for 15 days as a result of the ice storm. Phone, Internet and TV cost over $90, and they refunded me $37.25. I'd like to hear from Kohl.

How did they rip you off?

AUTHOR: Ashley - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, May 01, 2009

They refunded almost half the money on your bill?

What is your bill minus taxes and fees?

Divide that by number of days in the billing cycle and multiply it by the number of days out of service.

37.25$ sounds about right. It might be on the low side for about 5 or 6 dollars, but without seeing your bill I couldn't tell you.

You got credit for the days you were out, you would be ripped off if they didn't give you ANY credit.
