 These guys are a total scam. 1) they claim they are doctor approved. Google the doctors and see they are all dead or actors. 2) they claim their saunas are all hand made, hence the price tags. They are all made and imported from China. 3) everything from the start to the finish is a scam, they have high prices to make you feel you’ve won by getting discounts, they have timers on their website that don’t change. Their products are terrible. It’s cheap Chinese products but claim hand made in California. Don’t believe me? Buy their item and you’ll see "made in china” everywhere. There is even Chinese writing on some of the wiring . It takes 6-12 months to get my item, it’s broken after 4 months and zero accountability, they keep saying a tech is going out and nothing has changed. Getting a hold of someone is extremely hard and it’s a constant run around. Do not buy from these guys.

-First let me tell you the deal offered by Medical Breakthrough Sauna

the sauna I bought was a medical 6 that retails for $15999 but during this fathers day you can get one for $4599

On there website they have a timer counting down telling you how much time is left before the prices go back to regular price,then it tells you how many of there product has been bought so far with this deal,the problem is it never changes,for instance it will say 12 more hours before prices go up.2 days later the advertizment is the same no increase in price.I think it said 9000 units sold so far?I am telling you this just to let you know how they suck you in.

    Now along with this supposedly huge discount they offer a way to get financed,if you use this financing you get a year to pay the intire purchase price and you pay no finance charge,( it sounds like they will honor that so far),the problem is with the product as well as the return policy,which reads",try for 90 days if your arent completely satisfied we will return it no questions asked".

  Well I fell for it and purchased my sauna with there defferred 1 yr. plan on May 2 2019,I didnt receive my sauna untill June 8th 2019 37 days later. The problem with this is first they did a terrible job building the unit, totally unexceptable,and I am into this loan (which I never thought about at the time) over a month and still have'nt even tried my sauna out to see if I like it. I still had 53 days left on 90 day trial, so I called and told them I didnt want the sauna and made my complaint about all this I am writing about.

Now, so far nothings been done to fix or honor there commitment, after I have been on the phone with these people, I wish I would of kept track of the exact amount but I will guess 35 times, I finally was able to talk to someone high up I explained all this to him, and he appologized for what I have gone through, I told him you sold me a sauna with the offer of a trial period and I am not happy at all with anything you are selling, from your sauna to your customer service and definently not with your delivery service.

Today it is 6-22-2019 sauna is still incomplete, he did send out a tech to complete sauna, which consisted of, re alighn the walls so they are flush ,front door needed to be realighned ,right front heater broken,left speaker not working right, as well as few wires that were not connected, also the delivery people did not plug the unit in and try it, and they left without talking to me first, didnt leave me any paper work or cd on the unit, just left me in the dark on how to operate it, and this might have alot to do with them not showing up untill 7:43 P.M.and leaving at just after 1-1:00 P.M.

I also want to note I went to move the unit just about 6 inches over and the whole thing about came apart come to notice that the installer didnt use all the screws he left out some 6 or 7 screws, I mean the glass and everything came apart. The right front heater is broken, one of the speakers was bad lots static, wires not connected, one side of unit the wood has big crackes in it. Pretty much everything in the unit wasn't flush, in my experience if your walls are not flush then pretty much everything else wont be either.

                Now I ask you would anybody else like to try a sauna. I am some what ignorant when it comes to buying online Because if I was I would of saw that this finance co. name Greensky financing LLC.Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't LLC stand for limited liability commerce or no liability to the product we buy.

       From where I stand right now I want to return this unit for reasons explained, and wash my hands of this deal but have no idea how since these people won't except that I am not happy with there sauna at all and take it back. Instead the manager offered me a $1000 check if I keep the unit, I agreed to this 7 days before his tech. showed up to fix everything.

He showed up at 7:00 PM again but had none of the things he needs to fix it with him, so now he said he will be here Monday, but I am not holding my breath. Thats it I am done, he did send the check but I dont care about some check I am way beyond that. I want that sauna out of my home, what do I do?

DOES ANYBODY OUT THERE KNOW WHAT I CAN DO OR HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS I DONT WANT THIS SAUNA ANYMORE,
